Internationally renowned architect Felix Bonnier has designed 48 exclusive

It is the first of its kind on Koh Lanta which offers contemporary

Construction
Construction started in April 2008. The first building will be ready
in September 2008 and the whole project will be completed in October
2009. To ensure high specification standards, quality is checked daily
by Swedish project managers.

Ltd. to cover all aspects of the apartments, common area, security,
maintenance, service and housekeeping.
