Legal Package
yooPhuket is offered under the Thai Condominium Act, and as such both freehold and lease hold is available for foreign outright ownership. The Developer offers a 5 year repayment plan, of 50% down and 50% over 5 years with zero interest. All but the first payment of 30% is paid into an escrow account managed by the law firm of Tilleke and Gibbins. Standard contract legal fees are included in the apartment pricing.
