With 415 Rai (166 acres) available, the developers have ensured substantial undeveloped areas of natural beauty, complemented by 3 recreation parks and flower gardens. Design & Specification
Three standard house designs, tailored to suit land plot and village environs. Using high quality materials, houses are finished with luxury western bathrooms and full western kitchens. Energy-saving features and safety measures (such as underground piping for termite protection) are standard. A choice of landscape gardens completes the package.
A community management team is elected by the home owners. Each house buyer pays into the management fund on purchase (300 Baht/sq m). The fund is used for garbage collection, lighting & general cleaning of common areas, 24-hour security and drainage maintenance. The initial payment covers management costs for approximately 2 to 3 years. In subsequent years the management fee is approximately 1,000 to 1,500 Baht per month.
The Legal Package
The homes and land plots are sold on a freehold basis. The developers will advise non-Thai purchasers on how to set up secure purchase.
There are no restrictions on leasing of purchased properties.
