Concept
Kata Rocks is being developed to the highest standards incorporating the highest levels of luxury, as a private estate with its own seafront residential Club House. Our Sky Villas are a cross between a villa and an apartment. They are much larger than most apartments, all having their own swimming pools and there is a maximum of three units in each block giving the very intimate feel of a villa. The oceanfront club house will have it’s own large swimming pool, a bistro and sunset bar. There will also be a luxury spa and gym along with a quiet reading lounge and business centre.
Space
Between the gentle slope of the Kata Rocks site and the sea is a massive granite platform, which is only accessible from Kata Rocks. On this platform, nature has placed some stunning rock boulders, which make this site so unique and offer the name Kata Rocks. This gives a fantastic private lounging area right on the sea in addition to the spacious club house pool, bistro and sunset bar.
About The Developer
The developer behind Kata Rocks is Richard Pope who has been a property developer for over 20 years specialising in high end residential projects mainly in the best areas of London. The architect and project management team are Original Vision who have many projects in Phuket and have won the Best Architect in Thailand award in 2006. The interiors are by Kelly Hoppen MBE.
Management
Kata Rocks will be offering a very high level of service to its occupants including a full concierge service, chefs for in home dining, housekeeping etc. There will also be fully integrated estate management along with a rental and reservation system run in house to maximise the returns for those owners who wish to rent out their sky villas.
