Karon Butterfly Condominium combines Italian and Thai design, creating a modern style that reflects the best of the two cultures.
Specification
At the end of February 2010, the first phase of the project was completed: Building F with 9 apartments on the ground floor all with exclusive gardens. The first floor units all have a balcony where you can install a jacuzzi cromotherapy. The second floor units have, over the balcony, the possibility to have an exclusive roof area (see image at the bottom right corner of the page). The second phase of the project, Building G where there will be 6 apartments all have the following facilities - 280 sqm swimming pool, fitness and wellness centre. Building "E", where there are 18 apartments, has already started construction. Building "G" will be finished by the end of August 2010, while Building "E" and all its services in January 2011.
